The Challenge

Pet owners visiting a different branch of the same clinic chain had to bring physical medical records or start from scratch. Vets had no visibility into a patient's history from other branches. Drug and vaccine inventory was managed per-clinic with frequent stockouts of critical items. Appointment reminders were manual phone calls.

What We Built

We built a unified VIS with a pet and owner profile that persists across all clinic locations. Vets access full medical history, vaccination records, prescriptions, and lab results regardless of which branch the animal previously visited. Appointment booking is available online and via WhatsApp integration. Automated reminders are sent for upcoming appointments and due vaccinations. Centralized pharmacy inventory gives the operations team group-wide stock visibility.

The Outcome

Cross-branch patient record access now available at all locations. Appointment no-show rate dropped by 47% through automated reminders. Vaccine compliance rate among registered pets improved by 34%. Pharmacy stockout incidents reduced by 76% through centralized inventory. Over 3,500 active patient records now on the unified platform.
